Reservations
To sign up for a tour, please send your requests (by e-mail or telefax) to the tour operators. Only written requests are accepted. Since many trips fill one to two months in advance of departure, we suggest reserving space early. On confirmation of the booking, the customer shall pay us a deposit of 20% of the total tour price. The balance owing on the invoice must be paid four weeks before departure .We reserve the right to cancel any reservation for which payment has not been made by the due date. Any deposit paid will then be forfeited to us. The final document is prepared only after receipt of full and final payment along with a completed booking form and declaration together with signed conditions of the contract.
Payment & Penalty
The deposit can be settled by telegraphic via the corresponding bank in your country to the bankers of ours and credited to our bank account number. For the balance of the payment, we will accept CASH ONLY. A check will constitute a cash payment. No credit card payments are accepted.
In the event of the clients canceling their reservation for any reason, such cancellation must be made in writing and in such case charges will be levied in accordance with the maximum charges that can be imposed. From the time of the booking up to five weeks prior to departure, the deposit is forfeited and thereafter as follows:
Five weeks prior: 10% of the total tour price (= deposit)
Four weeks prior: 20% of the total tour price
Three weeks prior: 40% of the total tour price
Two weeks prior: 80% of the total tour price
One week prior: 100% of the total tour price (including no show)
In addition to the above stated cancellation charges, if airline tickets have already been issued at the time of cancellation (regardless of number of days prior to departure), the customer will be assessed an additional airline cancellation penalty and services charge pursuant to the airlines rules and regulations. Note: No refund shall be made to those participants who break the journey from the tour itinerary, regardless of whatever portion remain unused in the tour. |
